Who we are
PaperLeague is operated by Conor Wilkes at Flat 29, Faulds Court, James Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 0FA. Contact support@paper-league.com about privacy or access requests.
What we receive
When you visit, our hosting and security provider Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser details, the page requested and time of access to deliver and protect the site. We do not run our own analytics, advertising, registration or visitor profiling on these pages.
Security checks
Cloudflare may analyse IP addresses and technical request patterns to detect abuse and may challenge or temporarily block suspicious traffic. We can review security events and block an IP address where necessary to protect the site. This visitor preview does not create a persistent device identifier or fingerprint. A block can affect other people who share the same IP address; email us if you think a block is a mistake.
If you email us
Your email, its contents and reply details reach our support inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing and are forwarded to the operator and one support collaborator. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive financial information. We use messages to answer your request and deal with related concerns.
Legal basis and sharing
We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure this informational site and respond to enquiries. Where a request concerns legal rights, we also process what is necessary to meet our legal obligations. Cloudflare handles website delivery and email routing; the receiving mailboxes are hosted by Google. These providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable transfer arrangements.
How long
Support messages are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed for the enquiry, normally within 12 months of the last exchange. Security, legal or rights requests may need to be kept longer where necessary. Cloudflare and Google apply their own operational retention to service data. We do not keep a separate visitor analytics database.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to relevant processing by emailing support@paper-league.com. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing information. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.
Future game accounts
Before accounts or live games open publicly, this notice will be updated to explain the additional data they use. This visitor site does not create a game account.
